So Ive installed my black diamond lift, rancho 9000xl shocks all around as well as the rancho wireless air control for the shocks. Run all the airlines to all shocks, hooked up everything and get it working. Pressures seem fine...all airlines were dipped in oil and then clicked into the 90deg connectors. Now, i keep getting a leak in my driver side front shock whenevr i put the setting above 6 or 7. If i go to 8 or 9, the compressor is pumping and i can hear a hissing from the fitting of the shock. i put some grease over it, and it sprays out slightly from the opening where the airline is pushed in. Ive changed the fitting over with a new gasket, and a new fitting, and recut the lines...still the same.

is it a problem with the shock? Im guessing it has to be, as its only this shock and only at high pressure settings. I also notice that on a preset like highway (6F 3R) every 12 seconds or so, the compressor comes on, like its picking up a drop in pressure from the front lines. It doesnt flash on the display, but it keeps doing this. Surely its not right for it to be rechecking the pressureso often? it sounds annoying and even when i turn the car off, its still going so i now usually have to set it to 1 or 0 all round when i park my car (so the compressor doesnt keep going on/off while im gone)\

Anyone with opinions? its like its trying to pump too much pressure into it, and its just leaking out the nozzle because theres too much pressure? I dunno

yeah there isnt alot of room in there is there? Ive got my compressor mounted between fuse box and battery (im pretty sure battery is mounted on the opposite side to ours in AU) and the wireless unit is mounted on top of my fuse box (got two nuts and bolts mounted pretty shallow on the fuse lid) need to put a rubber grommet sandwiched between the 2 so it doesnt vibrate loose, plus ive run all the airlines through some clear vinyl tubing so it looks neat and protected. Wireless unit just clears the hood which is nice
