Default RC 2.2 Shocks Length?

Hey everyone I just got a RC 3.25 kit from a fellow member but Im trying to see if I can make it a 4.5 total, with the 2.5 coils and my 2" spacers. Question is I cant find out right now is if the shocks would work at 4.5 inches in lift. I dont plan to install the lift right away as Im going to get more parts for it. What I couldn't find out online is if the shocks that come in the 3.25 and higher kits are the same length, I couldn't find part numbers on their shocks for different height lifts. I know some companies rate their shocks for certain amount of lift. Now its late at night that I got the kit so I didn't have a chance to call Rough Country and ask. Im gonna measure the shocks tomorrow and compare them to my Rubicon Express 2" lift shocks. I dont plan to do any flexing in the next few months, so I want to see if I can get away running them on the street for the mean till I save up for some longer shocks, maybe some Fox shocks.

Let me know guys

I had the 4 inch rc and now put the 2.5 on mine wich is the same as the 3.25 that you have but with the spacers, I can tell ya the shocks were diff in my 4 inch kit, bigger and heavier duty and both kits have 2.2s

Did you still use the same shocks when you went smaller or switch shocks?

Did u ever get this figured out? I am thinking of going with Rockrawler 3.5 springs and using the 2.2 RC shocks that came with my 3.25 RC lift for 6 months or so.
