RC 2.5 BB = bump steer
I put on my rc bb last week with no track bar modifications and my rig rides like stock... I only had to recenter the steering wheel. I'm on my phone so i can't see if you have a jku or not, so I don't know if that makes a difference. But I can hit a major pot hole at 75-80 and stay steady as a rock.
I talked to "dem" boys up at 4 wheel parts in tacoma. Diagnosis: same as on here, dont need a front relo bracket on a 2.5in. They actually scissor a little. Going to take it off when I can get my hands on an impact wrench.
Xavier: If yours is still bump steering i have a question. Did you torque spec your trac bar when is was on the ground, or did you do it when it was more conveinent up on the lift (I did that before my buddy caught me)
Bonus: the 2 doors are more likely to have a problem in the trac bar sector. Reason, the greater distance between axles in the JKU contributes to less binding so the allowances can be higher.
