Can I run 37s ? Military mT from war tires.com on my rough country 4 inch lift short arm lift ?

That's certainly enough lift to clear 37s. You just need to make sure you do everything else needed to strenghten your suspension/driveline.

I'm also will be changing to 5.13 gears later on . What moda do I need to make to my suspension. ? Forgive me I'm a newie to lifted jeeps

Gusset your C's. lower and upper. Axle shafts would be smart, as those are heavy ass tires. Axle sleeves would be a smart idea as well. If you need ball joints now, go ahead and do them when you get your C's welded.

Just a few basic things you'll want to do.

Good luck finding 16.5" wheels to fit the JK 5 on 5.

There's a few. Trail Worthy Fab is a great site to go through, or you can always buy them off another guy that bought some. There's always a set for sale somewhere.

You can buy 16.5 wheel and tire from war tires website I guess all I will need is spacers ..

If your new wheels have enough BackSpacing, you wouldn't need spacers.
