You'll need to recenter the steering wheel. Not much else that can be aligned. And recentering the steering wheel is a piece of cake. Just loosen the two nuts on the drag link turnbuckle, and turn the turnbuckle until the steering wheel is pointed the way the vehicle is going. Five minute job, tops. Okay, maybe it will take a couple tries and drives around the block. But you shouldn't pay anyone to do it for you--there's nothing else they can do on your Jeep unless you buy a more expensive lift with adjustable parts, or unless they get carried away and install hardware you may later regret (e.g., cam bolts). Do expect the steering to be a little flighty after the lift. Search around the forum for an explanation of the reason and solutions (more cost for more hardware)--there must be several dozen threads on this very subject.

I have it on mine and love it. Easy to install. And it rides better then it did stock. I didn't have to re-center the wheel, but I know some that had to.

The RC BB works great for me (I am running Skyjacker Hydro shocks)
All I had to do was recenter the steering wheel.

I would recommend a new adj rear track bar or track bar bracket though...
-TeraFlex sells a bracket for about $30.
Its not a necessity but the 1/4" off center just drives me nuts
