Default RC Lift

Hey guys here's the deal, I have a 2011 rubicon unlimited. My plan is to get the RC 4" suspension lift and put on 20" KMC rims with 35" toyo open country tires. Is there any thing else I need to buy/modify? From what I've seen on here I might ruin my CV boot by going 4"? Should I consider running spacers too so that I don't rub at full flex? Kinda new at this so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

What's going on big kyle.

Spacers are not really necessary if you get those wheels with correct back spacing. The sweet spot seems to be 4.5" of backspacing, but thats open for discussion. Your tire width weighs heavily on that.

As far as 4" lift is concerned. To run 35s you could easily get away with 2-2.5" and not have issues.

Make sure to get a good kit, coils front and rear, front track bar at least, bump stop extensions, brake line extensions, and some good disconnects. That will all help trail capability and retain on road performance. Won't have to worry about your stock drive shafts too much either.

Good luck with your build, and always post pics!
