Default RE 3.5 inch lift

I have installed the JK 3.5" SUPER-FLEX KIT on my JK and when I purchaed it from RE the website said
This suspension will allow the use of 35" tires.
No it does not!

The Tires rub like hell on the rear fenders and now I am going to fit 33X12.5R17 Tires

I hate RE for miss leading people

I think there are a lot of people running this lift without much rub, until hard flexing. Does it rub all the time or just when the suspension is flexed? If it rubs all the time I would say it is somehow operator error, rubbing during hard flex is to be expected.

The bump stops should help prevent rubbing during flex.....

I think it may be your wheel offset. I have a slight rub at full flex in the same place.
But when I get River Raider tube fenders im going 38" with 1.5" spacers.

If its only rubbing on one side you may want to look into an adjustable rear track bar to center the axle. I had a full Traction bar from the start. And after 500 miles To break in the gears and give the suspension the once over the driver upper control arm was rubbing the frame and the axle was off center about 3/4 in. Simple fix.

Hmmm, what size and backspace are your rims? If you are running wide rims or using spacers it will cause rubbing faster than optimum backspace.
