re-gearing questions (3.21 to 4.10 or 4.56)

I wish it were not but I have not been able to find any decent prices on 4.10's. If you do let me know because I think 4.10's are perfect. My buddy runs 35's with 4.10's on his 13rubicon and he wheels hard (he is an ex pro off road racer).

I've run 33's (Duratrac's) and 35's(toyo mt's) on 3.21's. 35's on 4.56's. 33's and 3.21's are decent. I would average like 17mpg mixed residential and highway. 35's and 3.21's was miserable, weak on the highway and from a stop. Too fast off road making it hard to control without being on the clutch constantly.
4.56's are good, borderline too deep for 35's if you drive on the highway regularly. Leaves you with enough power for the eventual jump to 37's. Recent 800mile trip averaged 16.2mpg going Northern NJ through the Adirondack's to Montreal and back.
Basically, figure out what you plan on doing with it before you spend any money. I would recommend saving the money unless you're going to move to 35's.
