Really bad vibration....Just in one spot
hahaha, I dunno why but for some reason that cracked me up

Anyway, I've been battling this same thing since the dealer replaced my axle housing. I get the wheel movement between 32 and 38 MPH and it gets REALLY bad if I'm not holding onto the wheel very tight and I hit a bump within that MPH range.
So far I have tried the following:
So far none of it has helped. If you figure this out, please share your fix.

So far I have tried the following:
- Installed a brand new Skyjacker steering stabilizer.
- Installed a Brand new JKS Adjust. Trackbar.
- Been to the alignment shop twice.
- Had the tires rotated and balanced.
- Re-centered my steering wheel.
- I think thats it....
So far none of it has helped. If you figure this out, please share your fix.
Good luck
If you have the factory front driveshaft you should check the boot for damage. You can also the inside edge of your tranny skid plate for damage which means your driveshaft has come into contact with the skid plate during full droop/flex. This is usually a problem with the 2dr model JKs at 3" or more of lift. This happened to one of my wheeling buddies. As a matter of fact he posted a thread about his ordeal. He had his DS repaired and balanced. Good as new. You can also check and see if your DS is in contact with the skidplate at full flex.(RTI ramp or a highlift)
Now, if you have a custom DS and its not damaged. Check to see if any of the weights have been ripped off. This means that you may need to rebalance. If you are still not sure just take it in for inspection to someone you trust.
That is what I would do since I'm not mechanically inclined
I know the theory, but I suck bad at the mechanics(practice)
Remember, I'm just a rookie. I'm sure that there plenty of people here on the forum that can tell you more.
Good luck
