Default Rear bump stops and damaged bump stop mounts(?)

Hello. So a while back I must have driven a bit too fast and then ... flown a bit too high. It appears that my rear bump stops ripped out of the mounts, and that the axle slammed into the mounts hard enough to completely deform the mounts. If I wanted to install new factory bump stops, they wouldn't even stay in place. The best way I can describe the mounts is they look like a .45 hollow point after it has mushroomed.

Any thoughts on what I can do to fix the mounts? I just saw a post on the ORE page about some King bump stops being "frenched" into a frame, and it looks to me like that is similar to what would be required to fix my situation. Those Kings are on my wish list anyway. Oh, and what does "frenched" mean anyway?

Appreciate your help, thanks!

Frenched is 1 of 2 things, a kiss, "I Frenched that hottie with a Jeep." Or, to wuss out, "He totally Frenched out and went around the obstacle." Not sure how either relates...

Frenched also means to recess something. Like frenched lights on an old custom car. I believe this is what the OP is asking about.

Thanks for the explanation re: frenched. I'm also really considered with how to fix the bumpstop situation.
