Does anyone make a rear bumper like this for the JK?

Offroad evolution makes a swing out, like that...

remember if its a Daily driver, that drop down one, is going to suck big time

screaming lizard made one where the tire folds into the back of the jeep then they said EVO is going to look at making one that locks to the back of the tailgate

I was just looking for one that hugged the tire, I don't like the winch part.
