Rear bumper
You should do a search of this forum for "rear bumper" and I guarantee you that you will get hours worth of reading on the subject. You will see the pros and cons of every bumper on the market. There are millions of opinions out there, it comes down to finding one that is best suited to your needs/wants. (i.e. durability, rear tire carrier?, looks, departure angles... etc etc)
All that being said, I think that only spending $400 is a little optimistic.. (impossible if you require a rear tire carrier).
Good luck with your search.

FWIW, I just installed a Body Armor on my 09.
So far, I like it.

Here's Another Body Armor Bumper for you to view, and mine has the Swing Tire Carrier .... and, it offers still 'further options': Gas Cans Carrier & Hi-Lif Jack bracket holder And, a place for the CB antenae. Yet, the big plus for me was removing the spare OFF Tailgate. Although all "swing carriers" can match that objective, I just happen to really like the "B/A", plus some other features in this unit!
You'll see tons of bumpers when viewing this Forum and they'll all have Good Points. Mine? Well - its most functional as you've read above and it's 'smart looking', too. (IMO). The bumper is not real heavy, even if you had to take 'both' sections off - together (as in one piece) by yourself, you could ! (I've done it a few times & Vaseline works wonders when you need to: Slide In-n-Out).
Lastly, installation was a breeze - even when there's only YOU doing the work; its not taxing-at-all, to install.
Mine is just fine and I've had it for about a Year, albeit - a bit more the 4 hundred.

i ended up going with the or fab standard rear bumper, since i already have the or fab tire carrier, thought i might as well match in the back. made the smart decision of contacting quadratec directly thanks to some sound advice (:thumbsup jwhitehorn) and ended up gettin free shipping and a little taken off the top so it came out at right bout 380$. hopin i can get it ordered and installed before my offroading day trip thats comin up
