Default rear bumper suggestions!

I apologize if this thread has been overdone, but I'd like some specific reviews of a couple rear bumper/tire carriers that i've been looking at. First off I'll say that id like to stay under or right around the 1000 dollar mark for both a bumper and tire carrier and I absolutely need a 2" receiver for running a winch or trailer. I'm running 35's right now but would like to one day run 37's. With that said i've looked and researched the olympic 4x4 smuggler rear carrier w/ the tuff n eazy carrier for $999( Olympic 4x4 Products Rear Smuggler Winch Bumper with Tuff n EZ Tire Carrier for 07-13 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec ). I love the idea that it has a rear mount for a winch and it has the 2" reciever. however, i'm worried about weight! i'd love to hear from anyone that has one. I've also been looking at the smittybilt src rear tire carrier ( SRC Rear Bumpers JK - Smittybilt ) i'm worried about the specified 3500 rated tow capacity. I'd like to be able to throw a winch cradle in it and would like to know if this bumper would be able to handle the strain. other than those two bumpers I'm all ears. Id realistically NOT like to have something custom built because i've had bad experience in the past. but as i stated my requirements are carrier w/hitch for around 1000. let me know what you guys think!

thanks. Will.

thanks for the reply. you think the hitch would be able to handle an 8,000LB winch?
also Id like for the bumper to wrap around the rear corners of the jeep a little bit....just don't wanna come down on them. Thats why i like the src cuz the tubes wrap a little bit.

thanks!
