Default Rear Control Arms - What length to set them to???

I ahve a 2012 JKUR with a Full traction 3" lift and 35s. I ahve upper and lower control arms for the rear. I want to push that back axle back away from the pinch seam and line up the drive shaft. What length should I start with on these? I ahve front lowers too, but ahve had those before so I ahve a good idea where to start. Thanks for the input.

Teraflex has you start at 20 3/8" for the rear lowers on their 4" kit. Trailmaster has you go 20 7/8" for the rear lowers on their 4.5" kit.
I have the Trailmaster 4.5" kit and going with their recommended length my rear axle is centered and clears the pinch seam with 37s.
How many inches of lift did your lift get you? If it was close to 4" then go with Teraflexes number as a start. If you got 3" then I'd start about 20" and see where it is, I'd figure you would be very close and would only have to adjust out or in a little bit.

Sorry left out the upper lengths.

Teraflex calls for 18 3/8" for their rear upper arms with their 4" kit and Trailmaster calls for 18 5/8" for the rear uppers on their 4.5" kit.

Thanks for the info. I "net-ed" about 4 to 4.25" out of the lift, so I shoudl fall right into your numbers. Just to make srue i am in the right frame of mind, I should adjust the uppers to acheive a straight line into the axle for the drive shaft once my lowers are set, correct? Thanks again

Yes, to the best of my knowledge you are correct. The lowers will center your axle , the uppers will control the pinion angle.

you need to trim your pinch seam and NOT push your axle back any further than is necessary to recenter your axle. if you push it too far back, you will encounter other issues such as your track bar hitting your coils.
