New wish list item, finally a method to get your tube fendors and have some actuall structure to attach them Both the fronts and the rears look like the real deal and the future for my Jeep and maybe many others.

What about water getting under them and rusting the thin metal of the Jeep?

I was thinking about this as well. Also about grime getting in there and tearing up the paint. ???

I sealed the edges off with silicone. Leave the bottom edge free so whatever water gets in can get back out.

I had the same concern with the AEV ones, and I took them off the other day when it rained, and the only water in there came in when I was taking them off (you could see the drip marks). I know there was some dust in there, but nothing that had done anything to the paint.

They use a riv nut. You drill 19 25/64" holes and then the riv nut goes in, and then you can use the torx screws to screw the corner into the riv nut.

I actually have the Warrior Corner guards on my JK and love them; I liked the diamond plate look rather than AEV's smooth corners, not to mention the extra $$$. In my opinion they look good and are functional (I've backed into trees with them and no damage). They rivet on and fit well.

Here's some pics...

If I had limitless resources or was offroading 24/7 like some of the memebers here I would have gone with the EVO wraparounds...those are sick!
