rear doesn't level.. blown shock?

rear right is half a inch lower than left

how to check shocks without take off?

Jounce it, if it comes to a firm stop at one point then it's frozen/bound up. Not very likely, but possible

This is a very common problem with jeeps. I may have to do with the fuel tank being on the right side.

Help - Jeep is leaning to the right

I don't know. By the time I jump out and run around to the back to look it is leaning again.

as mentioned, this is a very common problem and one that can be fixed with adjustable swaybar links.
