oh, you should have told me you were doing a 3" ultimate lift. i have a write-up for it too:

the measurements are pretty much the same on the lower arms. the upper fronts will need to be set according to your caster and the rear uppers set to where your drive shaft is in line with your pinion. i did this write-up a long time ago and i think the measurements on the TF lift might be more accurate.

oh, and to answer your specific question, use the angle finder to set your pinion angle and then set your upper arms to accomodate it.

good point. i installed this kit almost 5 years ago and i know there have been some nice updates made to it since then
