Default Rear driveshaft angle?

I have about 3.5 inches lift from my BDS system and I wondered about the angle of my rear stock driveshaft Do I just lenghten the top control arms to soften the angle from the dif to the shaft? If so will that inturn make the coil springs want to fall out from them being twisted a little.
Also a guy to me I would not really need to cut anything off my rock rails that are about a half inch from the front of my rear 37's because by adjusting those control arms about a half inch that will push the rear tires or axle back a bit. ANY INPUT WOULD BE HELPFULL THANKS ALOT Anyone have any imput?

on setup we did have to lenghten the upper rear control arms to make the pinion shaft and the drive shaft in a straight line (that is if you are running a cv joint driveshaft). And doing this will not make his springs pop out at all. I can definatly say my buddy has flexed it to the fullest and no problems their! in three weekends I will be going to URE in NC to try it out myself as I am in Iraq right now. I hope this helps

with a stock shaft, you do not need to adjust your upper control arms - only with an aftermarket double cardin u-joint style shaft is this needed. doing so may help save your CV boot at the pinion but it will do nothing to for the boot at the output shaft.

i don't know about what you were told but for me, i needed to cut my pinch seam in order to clear my 37's and if i still had rubi rails, i would have needed to cut them as well.

If your gonna cut the perches off, might as well weld on new ones. JKS might have bolt ons, but if it were me and you did this, I'd weld.
