As for an update; I decided to just kissed everything up and drop the rear axel and re-torque everything. Since then I haven't heard that noise but I haven't put the GoPro back there to double check; I'm heading to the beach this week and I'll know soon enough if it's going to be an issue.

Loose control arm bolt at either the axle or frame. I recognize that noise 100% When I say loose I don't mean like about to fall out. Those bolts have like a 125 ftlb torque spec.

I think you're right; since re-torquing the control arms it's been golden.
