First off, glad you guys are 'okay'. Make sure you get checked out immediately. Next, contact your insurance company. Have them work the claim for you. They are very well equipped, trust me, they will help you because they don't want to incur any expenses on your behalf.

Great, just remember the other insurance companies main goal is to save money. Your best interest are not their concern. I am not saying they don't care or will take advantage of you. Just beware their job is to settle claims quickly and for the lowest amount. If you don't feel they are treating you fairly then involve your insurance company or consider your legal options.

Good luck.

Glad to hear nobody is seriously injured beyond being sore and stiff but it always saddens me when perfectly nice rides are hurt..

By all means contact a lawyer if they start giving you the run around. If I was you I would also take the Jeep to a body shop and have them check it out. Good luck with headaches. They'll last a few days.

Also it cracked my spare wheel and the tire has gone flat.. Just wondering if anyone has had an experience with this, and what the process is with all this.. Any advice would be appreciated... Wow I really hate to change the topic here but how in the hell did this happen? And is that your current jeep, the rubi from your profile pics?
