Was Rear Ended last night in my JK...
First off, glad you guys are 'okay'. Make sure you get checked out immediately. Next, contact your insurance company. Have them work the claim for you. They are very well equipped, trust me, they will help you because they don't want to incur any expenses on your behalf.

Dang pal, hate to see that happened to you.. but yeah I talked to my insurance already and they said the persons insurance admitted fault and to talk with them to get it solved.
Good luck.
By all means contact a lawyer if they start giving you the run around. If I was you I would also take the Jeep to a body shop and have them check it out. Good luck with headaches. They'll last a few days.

Yeah, I'm gonna take it to a few places, the one they send me too and also to my guys at Performance Trucks in Montgomery.. A lawyer wants to meet with me Sunday and talk I guess...
Hey guys, me and my girlfriend got rear ended last night leaving a restaurant... My girlfriend and I have stiff and sore necks and pain in our backs.. We are going to get checked out by the doctor tomorrow..The vehicle that hit us was totalled, and my jeep suffered some scrapes on my warn rear bumper, which I just got.. Also it cracked my spare wheel and the tire has gone flat.. Just wondering if anyone has had an experience with this, and what the process is with all this.. Any advice would be appreciated... Thanks...
