Rear Fender Flares Rubbing at Full Flex
Ok, so here's the issue I'm facing. I have these fender flares on my '11 JKU right now.

They came on the Jeep when I bought it and I love the look. Under normal use, I have no problem with them and the 315/70R17's that are on the Jeep. Mind you, the JKU came with a 2" or so spacer lift on it as well. However, when off camber and the rear is flexing to 80% stuff or greater, the rear tires are rubbing pretty hard. It's already broken some of the plastic tabs that hold the inner liners and I'm afraid that soon it's going to just break the entire flares off. Ultimately, I want to resolve this issue entirely by installing a 3"-4" mid-arm kit (for various reasons). In the interim, I'm looking to change out the rear flares. Does anyone have any recommendations on a flare style/manufacturer that will eliminate the rubbing?

Since you love the look of them then I can't think of any other options then extended bumpstops. Although I hate the thought of limiting up travel due to fenders.
I should have clarified. While I like the look of the Bushwacker style, I'm not committed to them. The flat fender style would be fine. Function over form here. Really, the only reason I'm concerned is to keep it street legal (WV requires no more than 3" of the tire's width to be exposed). If it weren't for that, honestly, I could care less. No amount of fender flare is going to keep the mud off of the Jeep, especially the type I have to drive in at work. These look like they would provide more clearance, however, if I'm still going to rub at full stuff, I'd rather have plastic flares that bend vs. steel that doesn't give.

Extending the bump stops is not an option. I need every bit of travel I can get. Not so much for flex, but just to smooth out the bumps. I work on a surface coal mine and what's a super highway to a 400 ton haul truck is a war zone to a normal vehicle. Our best roads are worse than most fire roads I've ever been on.
There are a couple of other flats out there too. Ace and bushwacker makes sets of four for around 600.00 or less depending on where you find them. I have seen both and they look good just depends on wether you want plastic or metal.

Well if you aren't committed to those flares, then on the cheap you can sell them off and buy someone's stockers for nearly nothing off of craigslist then trim them up

Ok, so a couple of questions after reading the responses:
(a) Would you replace only the rear or both front and rear? The front ones I have on right now aren't giving me any clearance issues and they're semi-flat
(b) Are the rear inner wheel well liners required? I haven't pulled them out to see what's behind them, but I was thinking, if they aren't required, then why not just Rhino Line the exposed area?
