Default Rear Shackles?

Does anyone know if the rear shackles are available anywhere or are these custom made? Would they just bolt on at the original holes?

I got the Warn receiver shackle for mine. Granted, it's not anywhere as cool as the military version but it works well and is a lot cheaper.

trust me, the warn receiver shackles are A LOT cheaper and more functional. by far, these look really cool but i don't know if i personally would be willing to pay about $100 each just for something that looks "cool". but hey, that's just me.

I've got a reciever tow hook like this one from Q-Tec, but those just look real good & the bumper looked real simple.

I agree it's cool and it's such a simple design that I wonder what it would cost to fab one from scratch?

considering it's a forged piece, it might be a lot.

Wouldn't it be fun to sling-load a JK under a CH47? Now that's how they should bring one in at SEMA!
Here is my idea of what a good sling shackle is:
Crosby S-253 Screw Pin Type Shackle
It spreads the sling width out, instead of bunching up material in the middle, thus ensuring maximum sling strength. I have not bought any yet, but they run about $25-$30 each.

Yep, Great shackle. I'm a certified crane inspector & civil engineer. If your life depends on a shackle, pick a Crosby. But, be warned, there are a lot of china-made fakes with Crosby markings.

Woods will be offering something similar for use with standard shackles:
