Default Rear swing bumpers

Ok so I was doing some research awhile back and came across a rear bumper tire swing but cant remember who made it. It is unique in the fact that the swing is some how attached to the rear gate and opens and closes with the operation of the rear gate. Has anyone seen this or no who makes it. Thanks for the help

I believe that would be the Expidition One rear tire carrier and bumper.
