Rear Teraflex Coil Spacers

Rear Teraflex Coil Spacers
I'd like to remove the rear Teraflex coil spacers on my JK. I attempted doing this when switching out my springs and I have no idea how I would go about pulling them out. They don't just slide out like front coil spacers would. Anyone have any tips?
