Hey all, question...
I am going to install a JKS adj. rear track bar and would like to know if I still need to use the "drop" bracket (frame end) that was installed with my lift kit to use the stock track bar.
Can I remove this bracket and just use the stock mounting location or do I still need to use the drop bracket with the adjustable track bar????
Thanks...

Im not sure Dex. But it would only make sense that the adjustable bar go in the original mounting location. the drop bracket is to make up difference in the length stock bar. so Im gonna say no put it the original location.

I installed the drop bracket, then I got an adjustable when I went to a taller lift.
I have had the drop and adjustable on for about a year now without problems.
I keep the drop bracket for the lower roll center which I believe applies to the rear as well as the front end. And, I figure why leave stuff lying around. If you have it, find a way to use it.

You can run 7in of lift without a drop bracket, but it's better if you do have it along with an adj trackbar , with lifts over 4inches . Same goes for the front as stated by another poster. Maybe I didn't explain myself well enough. I type hunt and poke style, so my posts tend to be short and to the point.
