Default Rear Track Bar Drop Bracket

Anybody running a rear track bar drop bracket from the frame side to improve handling? My front end is smooth as can be but the rear is very stiff/jarring. I'm thinking of bringing the track bar down more parallel with the axle to smooth it out.

Are you lifted? Looking for handling or ride quality?

Yea sorry, need to get that in my sig. About 4'' of lift on a 2 door with 35's. Really just looking at ride quality. Its by no means bad but a drop bracket couldn't be more than 50 bucks and looking at the geometry I could see it improving the ride.

If you have that much lift and no track bar brackets or adjustable track bars, then you have some issues with how your axle is located for sure. They both need to be centered, then see how it rides. Just my suggestion.

jesus christ that is weird. I was just thinking how every time I saw your name on here I started thinking about that drag flip, then I was thinking... maybe I should use a drop bracket in the rear too and get everything parallel as I can. Then I see this thread.... Damn that is weird.

I am seriously contemplating that drag flip and a frame mounted drop bracket in the back.

what rear adjustable track bar do you have. I already looked into my JKS, and it can shorten to stock length. So it will work with a track bracket and not be too long.

I'd plan on gusseting the bracket on the axle and on the frame before doing that. Just with whats been seen on the boards and broken mounts.

I've got the stock rear track bar with the teraflex axle bracket to keep the axle centered. The axle bracket actually raises the track bar a little bit but it's still at a pretty steep angle. Hadn't looked into a adjustable one yet but I'd have to with the drop bracket cuz it would throw it off. You were lookin a jks?

Yea I got everything set up man but thanks for checking as that would make a difference. I'm jes lookin at doin the drop bracket to correct the geometry.

im running JKS front and rear with no brackets. I think the closer to parallel you can get it the better. same with the control arms. That is why I have been thinking about using the rancho control arm brackets in the front with my tera arms.
