So I was casually driving the other day and heard a loud thump. My rear track bar mount had broken off the axle!! It broke due to the added leverage of the lift kit it had installed on it (a simple bracket that attached to the oe mount to raise the mounting point),

Any suggestions for a replacement? I'm thinking of calling up offroad evo tomorrow to get it done as well as adding rock skins and maybe sliders..

Mine did that to , first welded it back up and broke again

Second time grinded off the stock mount and custom made a mount been good ever since

There are a few company's that make some nice ones off the top of my head metal cloak has a sweet one

Can't tell for sure from the pic, but you can try and use a trackbar relocation bracket like what EVO offers

This is a common problem. You will find some lift companies producing a track bar with a bracket that will be bolted to and surrounding the stock mount. At that point you also weld the relocation mount axle to prevent that from happening.

Here is a picture as an example.

The same thing happened to me driving from Maine to Va but it was in the front track bar bracket.

Is this a common problem due to the relocation bracket or even with adjustable trackbars and no bracket?

Mounts like Teraflex have additional mounting spots,
Track bar mount/axle and lower control arm bolt.

I believe they only require welding if doing extreme off roading.
