Default Which rear track bar relocation bracket?

With my 3.5" coils springs on the way, I'm going to need a relocation bracket for my JKS adjustable rear track bar that raises it an appropriate height. But, because I have bolt-on control arm skids, I can't use the brackets that bolt to the control arm bracket like the one Teraflex makes. I'd prefer a bolt-on bracket, but I'm not ruling out having to cut and or weld a little, such as would be required for the one Synergy makes. I've already tried the JKS bracket and, for some reason, it just doesn't fit right. What else is out there for a 3.5" lift that you can recommend?

Unless you are a very skilled welder, you don't want to mess around welding on a track bar bracket. That is a very high stress bracket. However, if you know someone who can do it, getting rid of the weak stock bracket is a great idea.

The easy route would be to remove the bolt on skids and weld some on (don't need a ton of skill for that). Then get a bracket that mounts to the CA bolt. Better still, get some shock relo mounts and cut 3" off your lower CA mount.

The RK bracket is good. I ran it for 2 years until I switched to a weld-on from Synergy. You can have my RK one if you want It is bolt-on but they also recommend welding it.

Thanks for all the feedback (and even the offer of a RK bracket), but I've decided on the MetalCloak bracket simply because it was engineered to the correct height that my MC lift is, so I figured it would be the safest bet.

I believe it's the exact same as the teraflex isn't it.

Yeah, it pretty much is. I'll end up either removing or modifying the control arm skids to make it fit. I just didn't want to weld anything on if I could help it and the bolt on options may or may not have raised the track bar enough. At least I know this one is correct.

Our favorite rear track bar bracket is the Artec bracket. It is more work since you have to cut off the stock rear track bar bracket and weld on the new bracket, however it fits awesome and has multiple height adjustments.
