Actually if you raised the rear track bar on the axle side by the amount of lift you have would be a better route to go over an adjustable on the factory mount. By raising the mount you will raise the roll center making the jeep more stable in off camber situations. A new weld on track bar bracket can be installed in the proper location for your lift size as well and if done right will be much stronger then the factory bracket.

Done both here- teraflex axle mount bracket and JKS bar. 4WD PARTS is "giving away" and discontinuing JKS line because of their relationship with new JKS parent company.

Of course I find this thread this afternoon! I just had my 2.5" teraflex w/ fox 2.0 shocks installed today. I also grabbed a front and rear tflex track bar. The instsll guy talked me out of installing the bracket since I had the adj track bar. He told me he had seen similar brackets break off of mall crawlers. Now I'm thinking I'll put the bracket on myself. Thoughts?

There are different kinds of brackets available. Some reinforce the weak stock bracket, others just apply extra leverage on the already weak welds. Since the Tera bracket has a ubolt going around the axle tube, I doubt it is one that your installer saw rip off.

East side of the Springs, wasn't directly affected by any of the floods or the fires. We've sure had our share of weather related fun over the past two years.
