Default rear trek top window

So I'm having issues zippering in my rear window on my trek top nx 2 door. It honestly seems like its too short. Idk if its something I'm doing or if there is a trick but ill zipper the driver side and the passenger side is at least an inch or more away from the side panel. I even tried taking out the corner supports and still no go. Can someone please help.

Is it the first time you installed it? Let it warm up and it should stretch a bit more. Even after a year my windows are still tight to zipper.

I've had since February and that's what I thought so I just figured I'd wait till it gets warm out. I let them lay out today all day in 85 degrees in the sun and they still don't fit right. I bought the top 2nd hand off a forum member that had it on his jeep for 2 days in his 80 degree garage. He had it on idk why its fighting me.

Had the exact same issue. The sun helps but the trick is to not completely attach the rear quarters, angle them up to attach the top of the rear window just to start it off, then attach the bottom of the quarters, zipping the top portion closed on each side, then finally the rear zippers. If that makes any sense.
