I don't think that all rocker guards are made equal, but I do think they all do their jobs. For now there are only a few guards out there that I know of. Shrockworks, PureJeep, Teraflex (Not sure on this one), Shaffer's and other custom shop jobs. For now I think the shrockworks rails get my vote. If you need the protection now then go for it. If you can wait I am sure a lot of other companies will step up to the plate. I know that the Poison Spyder products are comming out this July.

Well, I've got the Shrockworks rails on my JK now and love them...

These are super beefy frame mounted rails that are going to protect your Jeep well.

I like the Shrockworks but I'm using every ounce of diiscipline I have to hold off and see what else will be offered in the near future... I'm really interested in what Purejeep's final product is going to look like!

So far Shrockworks is winning the race for best rails yet. Close behind may be some of the home built ones. After wheeling 4 days over the past 2 weekends, some rails are definitely on the top of my list. I had too many close calls.

I am holding out for poison spyder's rocker knockers. I used them on my 05 LJ Rubi and believe that they will again be well worth the wait.
