Default Recommendations for a Bare 44 Front Housing Build-Up

So I scored a empty D44 front housing for $150 and want to buildup a budget stout axle from the ground up. I currently have an 2007 X with a D30 and 4.10's. The plan is to acquire parts on the cheap over the next few months, then buy the tools to do the gear install and later regear. I haven't done any differential work before, but I have the mechanical knowledge, patience and want to learn how.

Tools I need to buy:
Pinion Depth tool with dial indicator - $300

Plans:
EVO Inner Sleeves and C-Gussets - $240
EVO LCA Skids - $35
Stock Axle Shafts - $150
Ected Locker - $680 (no compressor = <$)
4.10 gears for now and upgrade later. $75
Master Install Kit - $125

Total will be around $1,200 not including tools as they will be used multiple times and will pay for themselves instead of labor for the install.

Any suggestions on parts and tools are appreciated but keep in mind that this isn't a dream build but a budget build. Also any suggested readings are welcome.

If you haven't already found it, this one should have just about everything you'll need...
