I'd recommend the brawler lite. I have one on my Jeep and I love it. Great quality, made in the USA product. Went on no problem and looks bada$$. I also love how of comes out just enough to protect the grille but no enough to impede the tires.

I have the Highrock 4x4 stubby from Bestop. It allows you to use your factory fog lights, and it can accomodate a winch of your choosing. Although it doesn't directly come with a hoop, it is available from the manufacturer. The bumper has an integrated top-mount for the winch so there's no need to buy a separate winch plate. I got mine shipped to the door in two days for $280 from 4WD. I can't speak for the long-term quality of the finish, but as of now it looks great. Despite what you might think from the inexpensive price, nice clean welds, great fitment, and smooth finish have me convinced this is a high quality bumper. Can't beat that price! I definitely recommend it.
