Just installed an old man emu, 2.5", the kit included springs and shocks. I'm very impressed with it!

I've been running a TF 2.5 coil lift hard for almost two years now. No problems.

I say AEV all the way if you don't do a lot of rock crawling. 4 progressive rate springs with tuned shocks make a huge difference in ride and handling.

rough country makes some nice kits. they dont get alot of love on the forums but for a dd the new kits ride really well and there cheap.

My experiences are with Teraflex 2.5 and shock adapters and a Rock Krawler 2.5 with Bilstien 5100s.

The Teraflex sits about an inch lower and is a softer but bouncier ride with stock shocks.

Both work well but to get a decent steering with the RK kit you'll need front lower control arms added.
