Default Recommendations for windshield lights

I'm thinking of adding lights on some of those corner windshield brackets, mostly to augment my lowbeam headlights. Any recommendations for lights and for brackets? Considering the PIAA 540 series...

Check your local laws, as it's illegal in most areas to run off-road lights on the street. (I think that's what you're describing.)

In any case, I'd look at the KC Gravity series -- low-draw LEDs in a classic round shape.

I have always been a big fan of KC lights. I run their 6" slimlite on the windshield in the lower corners. They put out a lot of light.

Because of the location i would recommend a spot beam so you dont get a ton of light bouncing off the hood.

go with a GOOD LED light..
they blow away any of the others out there and they are more durable than and HID... A lot of the guys I know run a 2x2 cube or a 4in round LED on the "A" pilar... there are even brackets on the market that will allow you to put 2 cube on one bracket aim them where you want...

I would check out the new kc Gravity series lights, I have rigid dually spots up there now but with the projector retrofits in the headlights they are almost worthless so I am going to try the gravity inserts in old school day lighters that I have laying around.
