Default Which Recovery Winch???

I have a 2013 2D and have decided to purchase a 9,000 lb. recovery winch. What would you recommend? I was thinking Engo, Superwinch, Milemarker or Quadratec?
Thanks!!!

I'm extremely impressed with my ENGO. I went with the 10k though.

Personally Recovery Equipment isnt something to cheap out on Spend the extra cash and get something you know will work everytime you need it. This has been my experience not just with winches personaly I go with warn also never had problems and my family wont use anything else on thier vehicles. But as an Alternative I have heard superwinch makes a decent product.

Be prepared to hear a lot of WARN this and WARN that and why you should never leave home without one. Nothing against them I am certain they make a great winch and yes it's made in USA.

ENGO 10k here. Been used, abused, completely submerged, covered in mud and still looks and works like new. Couldn't beat the price either.

Good luck with your choice

I went Superwinch Tigershark - not disappointed at all.

I've had Warn - they are solid but I think overpriced.

I wanted the Engo but they were sold out all over the place - got extremely high ratings from the 4 WD magazines - supposedly good product for better price.

Superwinch was similar price point and I knew the product from use overseas - no complaints at all.
