Reduce Heat and Noise
rotated my tires and now going borderline deaf with the road noise.
ordered HarTech Industries 1/8" NEOPRENE SOUND DEADENER & HEAT INSULATION off eBay. i used this under carpet in a car i restored and it made a world of difference. this stuff is great for reducing noise and heat transfer.
planning to pull my JK carpet out and glue this to the backing as soon as it arrives.
it's bad when friends say they cannot hear their radio when the are driving BEHIND you!

Did you keep them rotated often?
asked 4wheelparts to rotate/balance after 6K miles, they said they did but interesting how both drivers side rims that were scarred on rocks were still on drivers side and 2 wheels had no weights?

so... at 12k miles i returned and made sure they rotated - thinking this is the 1st rotation and probably the cause of the noise.
