I have the same setup on my 2dr, and the Superchips Flashpaq woke up my Jeep. Best $300 I've spent on my Jeep. I highly recommend the 91 octane tune...

I paid just about 2300 and that included ARB Locker and high output compressor.

I run 35" m/t and re-gearing to 5.13 was the best thing I have done. 2300 RPM at 75.

Superchips Flashpaq, when they say 91 octane they r referring to premium gas??

in that case, for gas savings its not worth it, right? gaining 1-2 mpg's is not much for the price of premium......

I was just on another forum looking around and they that the JK has a memory so with an intake gain will go away after a few tanks of gas..

If gas savings is what you are after, Superchips has a gas saver tune. Me, I'd rather go zoom zoom (oh wait, that's Mazda... )

I got 5.13 installed, running an auto. I was turning about 3100 at 80, and turning about 2800 at 70, with 33' Kumho Road Venture MTs that are rated from the maufacturer actually closer to a 32". The around town was perfect, but the highway was maybe a tad too much rpm. And I mean just a tad. I just put on a set of Goodyear Wrangler MTRs today that are a 35x12.5x15. I havent had a chance to properly evaluate the highway manners, but so far in the city I wish I had gone to a 5.23 with the 35s. I think that would have made it a better overall arrangement then 33s and the 5.13s. However keep in mind my 33s were a bit on the short side compared to other brands. I am also running the Superchips Flashpaq on teh 87 octane performance tune. On a long highway trip with the 33s, I got 11.9 mpg averaging 75mph. In the city I was getting around 12.9. So far with the 35s I beleive I am seeing about a 1mpg improvement.

how do u guys calculate ur mpg's?? the way i do it is= from when the light goes on i fill it up. its about 17 gals... so 17 divided by the total miles til the light comes back on, lets say its 250. so 250 divided by 17 = 14.70mpg

is that the right way???

Default Regear or not to regear. That's the $2,600 Question?!?!?!?!?!?!

You can get stock like fuel economy with a lifted jk. Planman has posted up a few times his wifes 4dr on 37" mtr's and 5.38 gears gets 18-20 mpg, same with his 2dr. I get high 16ish with my very heavy spyderlocks and heavy 35" nitto mud grapplers and stock gears. I get 280 to 315 miles per tank right now at 70-75 mph. I'm getting 37s and then regearing to 5.13 with my 6-speed.

$2600 is crazy. It cost me $549 for my 5.38s with an overhaul kit from Northridge4x4 and the shop I used charged $600 for the install on my Rubicon
