Had my fronts done to match the rear Rubi axle that I bolted in last week. 5.13's at both ends now.

Want to see where this goes before someone gets it.

 

bought a rubi rear for a deal and regeared it to 5.13 before it got swapped for the stock sahara d44.

regeared the d30 to match last Friday - thats the pic of the front gears.

Why did you mention 4.88?

 

I did a double-take when the tech was about to bolt-on the cover. I noticed that the pinion had 488 etched on the end as well.

Rest-assured - the gears are 5.13's.

New R&P's are matched and etched with a number to keep them together as a set. Just dumb luck that the number on these happened to be 488.
