Default Regearing

If I am going to regear what I believe are 3.73's on my 2008 Sahara jku am I going to need anything other then gears? I want to go to a 5.13 unless anyone else has input for 35/12.5/16 tires.
also is there anyway to look up factory specs with my vin so I could see what I actually have.
Thanks.

Yes take your vin# to the parts guy at jeep chrysler dealer and they can look it up for you.

Ah, just go to the jeep website and find the vin lookup link. You can set up an account, and it will show your entire build sheet from the factory and show all of your maintenance records.

I'd highly recommend to call NorthRidge 4x4 and they have complete gear packages avail with everything you need. Also they have complete kits with new bearings if you want to replace them as well

I have a great local shop here in Minnesota that installs but he told me he couldn't even touch NorthRidge's price
So I bought the gears from Dave and had my local shop install them
Just my 2 cents
