Default Regearing to 4.88 - question

I have a 2010 JK unlimited Sahara and want to regear to 4.88 to accommodate my 35's, I am not going to change my carriers and want to buy Superior gears (got them in my TJ as well).

Question; at the Quadratec website I can get the Superior gears for Dana 44 & 30 axles but it doesn't specifically state for stock carriers; only the Superior 'thick' gears state for 3.73 ratios and up but cannot find the 'thick' gears for a Dana 30 axle, what should I do? are any Superior gears made for stock carriers?

This is interesting. I just purchased a 4.88 set of Superior gears for my Jeep. Part #'s are D30488RJK and D44488JK. These are correct for my Jeep? I have 3.73 gears (tow package) now.

Thanks.

I have to agree with the previous post, do your self a favor anf Call Dave at Northridge 4x4. He will make sure you have exactly what you need. There you deal with someone who hands on knows his parts and vehicles...not a rep looking in a catalog.
