Default Regearing a Rubicon

Are the E-lockers an issue if you regear? Thinking 4.88 or 5.38 down the road, but I love the lockers and the current transfer case.

Don't the elockers take the place of spider gears? That's what I've heard, but I could be wrong. I want to regear also, but have the same issue.

The factory Tru Loc electric lockers will not be effected by a gear swap.

But they may be affected by a tech who is not familiar with rubi axles...

Not quite right.

The diff can also be tough to get into the case and align with the sensor. This is a key job and many first time JK techs get it wrong.

Thanks PK, I guess I did not try enough search terms. Judging from the $$ signs being thrown around, gears may have to wait for a while. I am not at this time planning bigger tires, just worried about the added weight from new bumper/winch and possibly a skid plate.
