Default Removing front bump stops

Any tips? Tried searching most I could find was grip and pull, mine seemed to be suctioned in! :(

Mine were in tight. x2 on the wd-40 and then just twisted out. Getting back in just pushed and twisted.

To put the new ones in hold them in place and jack the axel up... the lower bumpstop or top of axel will push it into place.
