Well, I hope it works out for you. At least you have a resonse from full traction. I know they have a lot of stuff on backorder, it took three weeks to get my track bars, but the quality looks good.

Dude, I really have been laid back about waiting on these bushings, but please dont tell me parts have shipped, fail to provide a tracking #, not at least contact me, and a week and a half later have no parts. 11 days (7 business days) seems like an awful long time for a package this small. I am basically done with this. I just flat out dont like being told one thing and reality being something else.

I'd be tired too, maybe you should see what "Patrick's" boss can do for you?

Man, those Full Traction people and especially that "Patrick" guy really suck. When they find out you have a problem, they help you get it fixed. What poor customer service. I sure am sorry I got the FT 2" BB on my Jeep. I loathe the day I need customer service. They'll probably jump right on it.

Good, Bad or Otherwise these forums are definitely a good venue for advertisement. EastrnRubi have you tried dealing directly with FT and their management or just through this website. Sucks to hear some members are having issues with a sponsoring mfg on this site. They sound on here like they are trying, hopefully it'll work out

I have called them on the phone, I have sent them direct e-mails, including pics of my problem. Seems like every time I somehow get moved around until im talking to Patrick again. I am so pissed im removing my lift this weekend and spending my money and time elsewhere. I just dont understand why you would intentionally lie to people who are giving you money!

I have to agree with you.... They are really not helping themselves out by chiming in to this thread then not sending your parts. I understand if the parts are not in stock but ya know what... tell the person.

For anyone looking for a great company to deal with go with Superlift/Black diamond. I had to have a bolt replaced for my control arm and then when my rear adj trac bar arrived it was missing a bushing.... I called them, talked to one single person who was very knowlegeable and friendly and within 3 days i had the parts I needed.... no charge, no fuss.

GO SUPERLIFT!!!
