Default Removing stock frontbumper

Okay.. Newbie question..I have removed eight bolts to the stock bumper but still having trouble removing. What am I missing?

the wiring harness of the foglights is attached to the bumper.

I don't think it's wiring it seems to be catching on the tow hooks.. Do those come loose?

There are 12 bolts total, 2 on each side of the frame/mount, and 2 others on each side that I think just hold the plastic part to the metal part.

In your picture, it looks like you've still got four bolts to go

the tow hooks have 4 studs each and those are the 8 nuts you remove it should all come out as a unit but you still need to cut the ty wraps holding the wiring harness

I did not touch the outer 2 nuts and the whole bumper came out...(jk 2012)
