Default Repairs/upgrades after an accident.

Long story short i was in an accident. A car colided with my Front Passenger wheel.

Some paint swap and a little rash on my rim.
Steering gearbox is leaking horribly.
The jeep pulls really bad to the right and is extreemly flighty/squirly in the steering.
Steering stablizer has lost most of its fluid

I am waiting to see from an alignment check if anything else is broken or damaged. If the axle is damaged i hope to just swap it out with a G2 D44 5.13/ARB The rear would still have 3.73 gears (i can drive in 2wd only for a while and be fine?)

I am looking at a PSC hydro assist system as i could do away with the steering stabalizer and have a better gearbox.

I am also looking at a draglink flip kit from ORE in the event the draglink is damaged.

I wanted to get your input does this sound like a good idea?

I currently have 35's and roughly 3.5 lift. I plan on going to a 4" lift and 37's in the future.

i was recntly in an accident also. ended up with a pro rock 44 and a bunch of other goodies.. I dont have any experience with the psc system but if they are giving you the money towards it i say why not? I thought with the drag link flip kit the minimum lift was 4" but i could be wrong. im sure someone else will chime in on that. But on your alingment make sure you check out the camber specs. if its out at all make sure you get a new axle.

Well i got the report back on the alignment, Camber is within spec so the D30 is not bent.

Tie rod and Drag Link are both ok.

Steering stabalizer is bad, but they wont cover it.

The gearbox will be sent off to PSC to be rebuilt today, and it will be setup for hydro assist so i can easily change over in the driveway. From what i can tell this is the biggest PITA part of doing a hydro assist kit.

I'll have to rebuild my swaybar links on my own.

oh here is the BS part of all of this man,'

She was passing me on the right hand side, on the shoulder. I was turning right did not see her in time and boom. She left the scene and drove about a block and a half and parked infront of her house. She could not speak english and did not have insurance. Aurora PD said to me after letting her go with a court date for insurance "Lucky for you we are callling this is No-Fault" "well technicly you did hit her and she said she thought there were two lanes, Also we cannot prove that because of your lifted vehicle you could not see her"

I was told it may take 3 weeks to get a copy of the report, everyone i have talked to said they didnt want to do the paperwork.

i may have done drugs in my college years but this still dosnt add up.
I carry uninsured coverage for these types of losers. However, I wouldn't have allowed this to be no-fault outcome. I'd have taken the award and then had her wages garnished to pay for my fixes.

I have full coverage on my jeep so its all covered less deductable, but if the final police report says no-fault then its pretty imposible to take legal action as far as i know.
