Replacement Rough Counrty Shocks
Has anyone from Canada recieved replacement shocks from Rough Country? The reason I ask is I just got my notice from UPS that I can pick up my shocks but I have a brokerage fee of $82.43.
I really don't think I should get stuck paying this again because of a faulty product.
It's great that Rough Country is replacing the shocks but there is no way in HELL I'm going to be pay this.

Ill pay it for you and then will pay the shipping for you to send the shocks to me that way it won't cost you a dime.... but you won't be getting any shocks either
or I refuse the shipment and shop Local from now on. Why should I pay anything for something replaced under warranty? I have already paid it once when I first ordered the kit form them.

Ya I have ordered several thing from you canadian shop and they are GREAT to deal with.
I'll tell you righ now if this is not covered by Rough Country I'll be calling Northridge Canada next week and ordering some Bilstiens.
It's by no means the money just the principal of it.
I know Northrige will have them sitting on my doorstep in 3 days.
And just so everyone who reads this knows, I have sent an e-mail off to Rough Country asking how they would like to deal with this, so I haven't given up on their customer service yet I was just caught offgaurd after they said they would cover all fees when I asked.
