Default Replacing Prorock60 rotors

Hi,
I have front and rear prorock60's with 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern and am going to have to replace rotors soon and will do calipers and pads as well. From what ive been told by Dynatrac the front brakes/rotors application is from a 1997 Ford F350 and rear is from a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 OR Jeep J8. They say the rotor stud holes need to be opened up to 0.687"=11/16". Has anyone done this? Is it as simple as putting a 11/16" drill bit in a hand drill or press and drilling them out?
Thanks
