Default Replacing rubi7 front locker.

so I am taking her to the jeep dealer to determine why my locker is not disengaging. If I was forced to replace the whole locker, what would be my best route.? and where is the puke emoticon?

Replacement factory locker is $1300ish by itself.
35sp ARB + 35sp shafts.
Ox locker (I think this is 30sp?)

replied to your other post as well. 35sp shafts don't play nice with many internal sleeves. Shouldn't be issues without inner sleeves (or with hammer in sleeves?)

35 spline shafts are 1.5".

The tube outer diameter is 2.5", with 1/4" walls. If I did the math correct, that leaves a 2" inner diameter. You're saying that isn't enough room? Even though people are running those shafts in those housings?

Lol its not the tube size thats the issue. You would have to replace all the outers with dana 60 parts to make it work. Its a pain and add up. Better off doing a dana 60 swap.

Lol wheres the link to people using them without doing as i stated.
