Question Reverse sound

When I park my jeep overnight and I initially reverse out of my driveway, I get a intermittent moaning noise as my tire rotates. It's almost like the sound you get when offroading and applying brakes down a steep incline. It is not a loud break squeak when brakes need changed, its more of a moan or the sound when something needs lubricated. As I turn out the driveway the sound gets louder as if its just a single side making the noise but I cannot pinpoint where it is coming from. After initial reverse and driving and parking around town, I do not hear the noise in reverse anymore. I thought perhaps it was my ebrake sticking, so I have not been using the ebrake when I park since I have a manual, I've just been putting it in first gear. I hadnt had the noise in a few days since doing that however it started again this morning.

Any suggestions on where I can look?

Rear modifications include: yukon 5.13 gears, g2 chromoly axles, g2 truss, eaton e-locker, ebc brakepads, welded rear trackbar relocation bracket, adams 1310 driveshaft.

Have Have your power-steering system checked out? It could be in causing friction. I think you should schedule to check it.

The issue and sound is coming from the rear axle.

Checked your fluid level and brake slides? That groan noise can be a dry bearing but you'd think it would be more consistent and less about reverse. Brake slides should be checked for grease and following up on your parking brake thought, I believe there are places behind thethem to be greased as well.

Is jacking up the rear end and having a helper put it into reverse an option? It would allow you the chance to see it first hand. Ensure it's securely on stands, etc before getting under the vehicle. Maybe also pull the wheels and see if you can identify it easier.
